岗位职责

1、负责仓库的全面管理 Overall responsible for the managment of warehouse
2、负责仓库的运营，及时解决日常问题 Solves daily operational issues for warehouse management
3、培训员工 Coach and training the warehouse staff
4、较强的领导能力及团队管理能力 Leadership and team-building
5、负责仓储流程的持续改善 Continous improvement in warehousing process
6、完善仓储流程 Establish warehousing procedure
7、保证仓储材料信息的准确性 Keep material information accuracy
8、循环盘点，分析库存，制定并实施整改措施 Implement stock-taking, cycle counting , analysis the variance, make and implement countermeasure for the variance
9、及时交付，确保客户满意 Devery in time without any customer stoppage, guarantee customer satisfaction
10、仓库一线员工的日常考核 Evaluate the performance for each staff
11、完成上级交付的其他工作 Other missions assigned by management
补充说明

1、至少五年以上仓库管理经验，三年管理岗位经验 Minimum 5 years of warehouse managment experience, of which 3 years is in managerial position
2、至少三年以上制造业工作经验 Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing
3、熟悉办公软件的操作 Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
4、SAP熟练者 &ampampamp 叉车证持有者优先考虑 SAP experience and Forklift driving license is preferred.
